Teleport is a scheduled private transfer service — confirmed, upfront pricing, guaranteed rides. No surge pricing, no driver cancellations. Professional drivers arrive early, handle bags, and get you to your destination stress-free.

Does Teleport offer car seats?

We do not provide car seats. However, for round-trip rides, you’re welcome to bring your own car seat. We’ll securely store it and have it ready when we return to pick you up for your ride back.

Can I book with Teleport for someone else?

Yes. Provide their contact details so we can share pickup updates directly.

Can I cancel or reschedule my ride with Teleport?

Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund, or reschedule based on availability.

Do I need to book my return trip in advance?

We strongly recommend booking your return trip at the same time as your initial transfer. Most of our guests choose round-trip service to guarantee availability and avoid last-minute scheduling issues—especially during peak travel periods in Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise.

Where does Teleport pick up at Calgary International Airport (YYC)?

Your driver will meet you on Arrivals level at Door 12. If you do not see your driver upon arrival, please call (587) 330-4280 for assistance.

Can I add an extra stop to my ride with Teleport?

Yes — you can add one additional stop during booking. You are allowed one complimentary stop within a 1-mile radius of your destination.

What happens to my ride with Teleport if my flight is delayed?

We understand that delays happen. We’ll try our best to accommodate any changes where possible. Depending on availability and day-of operations, we may offer a full or partial refund. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll always do what we can to help.

Does Teleport operate 24/7?

Yes — day and night, year-round.

Does Teleport offer round-trip or return discounts?

Yes. Round-trip pricing is discounted vs. two one-way bookings.
